Its been a hard week and I am exhausted. Surprises everywhere. Like the last minute call from Qing Kai to take over his COS duty. It is not bad but very sian. No other word can describe the feeling. Well, a brief summary is below.

Monday, relatively slack day. Went for ICCT lessons and then went for Swimming training. Attended OC's briefing and then prepped for the next day.

Tuesday, went outfield for training. Okay, they trained, I was being support staff. Managed to finish reading my book. Spiderman and Starship Troopers were good books.

Wednesday, woke up and smelt the chlorine. Training was fun despite the fact I had little sleep and really wanted to sleep. Went for my lectures on guard duty. Later attended my company cohesion. Fun time, good fun and lots of laughter. Pity, the commanders all drank beer afterwards. I hate beer, in fact I hate any form of alcohol except for medicinal use.

Thursday, did my work in the office and more or less had a mentally tiring day. Very sick of this kind of life even though it is quite slack.

Friday, went to the range and did Safety. Very tiring but at least i had fun.

Saturday, went back to camp to look after the little kids then went out with my bro LSS. Watched Howl's Moving Castle.

One word: Tired.
Too tired to blog, too tired to eat. In a nut shell too tired to anything but sleep.
The week was okay if you consider getting reprimanded for something you dunno anything about normal. 5 days out in the wilderness of Area D kinda causes stupidity and i guess getting screamed at by OC is usual. Really sick of my current schedule, so little time to think about my life. I think too much about the stuff I should not think about and too little on my future. Well, things will change after Good Friday, I hope. Need a rest soon else I burn out.

Ah, well the holiday is gonna be over and I wont be able to update my blog until 20th Feb or later. I have an interesting thing called live firing on Saturday which means i will be rather busy doing post-live firing admin and cleaning. Ah, such is life.

Yesterday was kinda okay as days go. Went with my pal Chris to hang out at Jon Dave's place. Ended up playing poker and other stuff. I guess all i did before dinners was check my friendster account and my emails. Need to improve my blog and stuff.

Watched the Everton-Chelsea match. I felt Mourinho is really losing the plot. Playing Tiago was one big mistake but being one man up against Everton for two halves of the game and not scoring more than one goal is a crime. To win the Dream, you must punish everyone day in day out. 1-0 victories are poor from a team which has a wealth of talent. Man U will lose to Man City but that is besides the point. Chelsea played like they won the league, Everton played like they wanted to win. The gulf is wide. Chelsea was lucky to have won, even lucky that James Beattie decided to save them. With the present performance, the league title and all the puny English Cups are no way Jose! Forget the European Cup! Everton is pathetic. You tell me Chelsea beat Bayern M or Real 1-0, maybe not bad, but EVERTON!!!!!!!!!!!

The Liverpool-Birmingham match was a bigger disaster. Hyypia was really careless in his tackles and so was Dudek's performance. What kind of team has part-time clowns as players? Reserve or not. Benny boy should start to play some quality players for the present and future. Liverpool needs help to win the top four spots. It is time to evaluate their training and physiotherapy programmes. Something is gotta be wrong for 7 first team players to be injured.

Anyway, no more comments on EPL from me because Chris is going back to Aussie land and wont be back till next season in Nov. By then, I expect that, if Chelsea is really serious on achieving the Dream, it would have gotta at least the League Cup, Premiership and the Charity Shield. They would have at least gotta in to the last four for the Fa Cup and Champions League. Thats mere speculation because Jose is missing Drogba and Robben. Somehow that seems to be of some significance but i fail to see how the world's richest club can allow two players to determine the future of the club. Maybe Roman needs to get his ex-KGB friends to help whip Chelski into shape, kidding of course.

Well, I guess its back to training. Next update in March!

Okay, this is highly weird..... My blog setup instructions is in chinese... Hmmmm..... Well, guess it is okay.

Have not been updating my blog because my Norton Anti-virus screwed up and i kinda didn't want to be without protection and stuff. Well, now it is fixed so hurrah!!!!!!

Let see.... The week turned out okay. Went out with Chris and friends on monday. Boring....... Ended up crusing around clementi and looking for stuff. Found none but hey half the fun is in looking and not finding! After dins, went to Jon Dave's place to chill. I guess Chris' place was more fun 'cause we ended up there playing cards. Fun.

Tuesday was slightly better. Went out with my pals to watch Racing Stripes and Constantine. Racing Stripes i about a zebra named (guess what?) Stripes!!!!!! Stupid name but great attitude. Wants to be a racehorse but no one seems to care. At least until he kicks some serious butt on the track. Ends up being trained by his master who was a great horse trainer till he lost his wife to a horse riding accident. Well he wins (duh!) but without killing anyone or losing anyone. In fact he and his biggest rivals become good friends. Touching. Watch it if you love horses, animals, kiddie jokes and underdog (or in this case underzebra) stories.
Constantine is a movie about a man with a gift/curse. He can see half-breeds (not dogs), which are half human, half demon or half angel. A tad blasphemous but it is realistic. It is a gift because i can save lives and rids the world of evil half-breeds but a curse because the half-breeds are not very pretty or pleasant creatures. Try looking around you and see zombie-like faces with screech in your face. Scary. He did what i normal sane person would do when faced with so many horrendous sights. He killed himself but was brought back to life. For that little oversight, he is condemned to Hell! Unless he makes the ultimate sacrifice for God and Humanity, Satan will (in his own words) have a theme park of fun with John Constantine's soul for eternity. Well, excellent movie but not for those faint-hearted or extremely religious. Fact or Fiction? Are there demons and angels among us?

The rest of the week was CNY stuff. Boring but at least i can see how loving my married cuzs are. Man, married life agrees with them. Nat has finally become an imp which i better for him. Pity, he still cant talk in English else would be fun teaching him words to say. Please dun mistake i was planning to teach him to say 'flower', 'bird' and other useful words. Baby talk juz aint good enough for my nephew.

Today was fun! Woke up, had breakfast, then went to swim!!!!!! Love swimming. The cool water around you body, the force of aqua in your hands as you stroke the water ina feeble effort to move forward. Anyway, went to SAFTI MI to train plus gain entrance into the Armour swim team. The qualification times were a joke so myself and Enoch go in without a hitch.

More updates soon!

Feelings and Comments on the Possible Changes in the S league regarding wages.

Funny how all the coaches in the S League are only interested in how the salary caps will affect who they can buy from overseas and not how they intend to use the money given to help the present talents and future talents.

Why is everyone so interested in getting foreigners when the only way we can repeat our Tiger Cup performance is to invest in youngsters? Raddy has already highlighted this problem. We were lucky that Subramani was still willing to play. We need to spend more cash on the local boys, make it more worth the time and effort to train to become an elite footballer. A few talented youngsters are lost every year to Science, the Arts and the military service. Why make us the laughing stock of ASEAN? 4 million people, no war, no economic difficulties and yet cant qualify for the Asian Cup. Paraguay has about the same population and look they are in the World Cup.

Well, i guess Singaporeans are afraid to lose their future but our forefathers took a similar gamble on their future when they came here. Why cant we, the more intelligent ones, do the same? Fear of failure does not equate to not taking risks. We need talent, local talent. No shortcuts. There will no Agu Casmir or Itimi Dickson 10 years from now saving Singapore soccer for humiliation. We need to produce another Fandi if not at least Indra's successor before we start a new cycle again.

Blood, blood, blood. Thats all i see when i spit out my phelegm. Not a sitght for the extremely weak-hearted and low-pain tolerance.

The day started with everyone telling me to relax and not drink/eat anything. I guess it was true. When there spent the whole three hours of post op reading John Grisham's The Brethren. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and nice. The operation was successful. Was done under General Anaestia(So is there Corporal Anaestia and Captain Anaestia? HAHA! :) ). Felt nothing from the time i was rolled out to the rest area till i left. My lower lip was 'dead' and i was half-shouitng for a glass of water because i was also half asleep.

The pain hit me like a baseball bat. My left jaw was aching like nothing i have felt. Well as i was in pain, I thouight i was really half asleep because i saw my cuz's ex-classmate in the waiting area. Fortunately i was completely awake becasue i saw her name on the receptionists desk. Said hi, then went home in my dad's car.

Went home and slept.
