Happy Birthday to Arugono Blaydz (aka Chan K.W.)

21st January 2006 was my B'dae party with all that I care about. With my friends and family.
The party was supposed to kick off at 1730 but due to delays by the guests, it started at 6pm. Generally, the party was a success.
First to arrive were Peng Yam, Hsien Han and Aaron Khoo. They met me @ clementi MRT and we waited for ....... no one because some of those who said they were coming flew my kite. Well, I forgive them because they were told quite late and some had problems confirming.
Next, coming in a 'taxi' was Chris, Sel and Jon. They gave me a nice red wine and a white Juve polo Tee. All the gifts were greatly appreciated. They joined PY, Han and Aaron in the Guest room.
The next guests were Alvin and his mum. After that came my other cuzs, Melina, Josiah, Serena and Ted Elias. Finally, SK joined the party during the thunderstorm.
I thank my aunts, grandma and maid for whipping up a storm to make my party a success. There was Char Siew, Sushi, Salads and lots of other great food.
After dinner, two interesting characters appeared: Clarence and Marcus. They came in time for the cutting of the cake. The cake was lovely and after the cake eating, my cousins and friends went home leaving Chris, Sel, Jon, SK and Aaron left play dai ti. They got bored after 1am so we went for supper at Hazwani's.
The prata was great and Aaron ended staying over.

Today, we reflect on our actions, our decisions and the decisions of others.
This week in summary:
Monday
I went for my medical appointment at SGH, then rushed back to camp. That was the first of many bad decisions this week. I should have slack the day away, sauntered back to camp at 8 am the next day and plop my fat ass on the com chair to do admin. That would have justified being called lazy, unhelpful and other untrue names. I dun blame anyone for say such stuff because we all started the week with hope and expectation of a happy weekend. Anyone not working would be lazy, etc....
Tuesday
Generally, the same as monday. Work on the equipment and clean stuff. Help others buy stuff, etc. Generally prepare for the great inspection. Boring day.
Will blog more later on in the day.

A WEEK OF STUPIDITY.

This week ahs been stupid mainly because I spent the whole week doing practically nothing useful with my sad life.
Went out with C and S as usual but nothing very impressive.
At least I learnt to wake board.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Music: *silence* (I am blogging at 2 am)
31st of December 2005. The day i spent almost the whole day doing things for me and my future. The day started very weirdly. The voice of Brandon like a cockrel in the morning shouting: "wake up!" Of course, he meant Alvin not me but being a light sleeper I woke up and prepped to leave camp and go for driving.
Driving was fun. I am confident, i will pass my driving test.
After driving, it was a mad rush to get my sandals and moccassins fixed. Mad rush because I had to meet my friends in town before lunch.
I arrived at plaza singapura juz in time for....... nothing! Chris was sleeping and Sel was coming later so was Yixin. So I spent the rest of the time till 3 pm wandering around PS. Got the tickets for Narnia (the full name is too tedious to type). Okay, ticket. The booking system only gave me 1 ticket for 2 people. It was like the recipt and two tickets in one piece of paper with AXS written on it.
Enter Yixin
Met Yixin at Dhoby Ghaut MRT (I wonder whether the place was named after some guy called Ghaut who was a Dhobi. Heh!) She looked stunning! We walked around PS till close to four pm then we went to watch the movie.
The movie was quite nice considering that the actors and actressess were not famous and they didnt look very handsome/beautiful (Chris' opinion shared by me). Essentially, the movie was about some world ruled by the Ice Queen for a hundred years and now with the coming of 4 siblings, the evil rule is coming to an end. Quite bibilcal if you bother to analyse the movie and the book it was based on. (Some very free guy did some research on the series of books).
Chris and Selene/After CON(LWW)
My dear best friend, Chris decided that he didnt want to meet me due to the fact that his dear gf was pissed. I later found out that he overslept and made the mistake of speaking when not fully awake. Thus, Selene got pissed about him being uninterested, etc.... Bottomline: I was not having anymore friends meeting me at PS that day. Just as well, Yixin and myself went from PS to Esplanade on foot becasue she wanted to work up an appetite and I was plain fat and needed exercise.
Esplanade was.... crowded. Yixin wrote something on a piece of paper and tied it on the wish branch/tree. We then proceeded for dinner @ Han's. I had 1/4 glass of lemon tea because i spilt the rest on the table. Yixin had a really nice piece of fish with soup and Kit Kat. After that, I sent her home which was need to my fav place: Beach Road! After that, it was to Alex's place for countdown.
New Year
Took me 1 hour to reach Alex's because i wanted some time to think. Surprisingly, I saw no one dead drunk. Fine, Jervis' gf and Alex's ex-classmate, Noelle kept everyone relatively sober. it was nice to meet Noelle and her sis, Nicole along with catching up with Mark Yang, Nick Ho, Jervis, Alex, Marcus and Clarence.
Had a countdown, stoned for a while then went home.
The New Year was one word: BORING.......
